I think if a comic doesn’t have much value and is too beat up to read, yeah, it might be okay to throw it out without shame. But then again, it reminds me of a trip to the beach as a kid when I was in some beachside mom & pop shop. I found the most beat up Detective Comics Batman with torn pages. I thought I had found pure gold and loved reading it.
